PRODUCTION
-
Each work begins with place and is developed through a natural dye process that may take place across different locations. The pieces are then finalised and brought together in my studio in Sydney, Australia.
-
Original works are made using a considered selection of materials, including naturally sourced dyes, deadstock mulberry silk, cotton and silk thread and glass beads.
-
Each print originates from a high-resolution scan of naturally formed dye patterns on silk. They are professionally printed on Hahnemühle Museum Etching 350gsm white cotton paper using archival inkjet printing techniques.
RETURNS
-
Please note that returns are not accepted for change of mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue with your piece, please email contact@hannaheloise.com within 7 days of delivery with a description of the issue and clear photos so it can be assessed and appropriately addressed.
While every care is taken to ensure your order is carefully packaged and arrives safely, issues can occasionally occur in transit. In these cases, I will do my best to resolve the matter for you.
